    General Instructions

    1. Kindly go through the admission information available in the Lady Doak College website (www.ladydoakcollege.edu.in) under the Admission link to fill the application form Online.
    2. All Application form entries should be done Online only.
    3. If the candidates wish to apply for more than one course, separate online application form should be filled up for each course. Payment for each course has to be made separately.
    4. For those who require hostel accommodation, separate application form is available Online and at the Bursar’s office.
    5. Hard copies of the filled in application forms are to be handed over to the Vice Principal’s office and the hostel forms are to be handed over to the Dean of Student Services’ office.
    6. All further correspondences will be intimated through the mobile number you provide in the application. Ensure your entry of the correct mobile number.
    7. If any of the information provided is found to be incorrect, the application will be rejected completely.

    Payment Details

    Type 1 : Counter Payment (prospectus form from the bursar office counter)

    1. Get the Prospectus from the Bursar’s office on payment of Rs.300 (for Self-Financed Courses) and Rs. 40 (for Aided Courses).
    2. The Prospectus has an Application Number printed on it and a Registration Code pasted on it.
    3. While filling up the Online application form, the applicant will be allowed to proceed further only on successful validation of the Application Number and the Registration Code.
    4. After the entry of all the necessary details, the applicant should take a print out, affix the photograph in the space provided and submit the same to the Vice Principal’s office in person or by post.

    Type 2 : Demand Draft Payment (applicable to those who want to download the Prospectus)

    1. Get a Demand Draft for Rs.300 (for Self-Financed Courses) and Rs. 40 (for Aided Courses) in favour of " The Treasurer, KWEA, Lady Doak College,, payable at Madurai " and enter the Demand Draft details (DD number, DD date, name and branch of the bank) in the Online application form.
    2. On successful validation of the DD number, the Online Prospectus can be downloaded (www.ladydoakcollege.edu.in/Admission/Prospectus).
    3. The downloaded Prospectus has an Application Number printed on it.
    4. While filling up the online application form, the applicant will be allowed to proceed further only on successful validation of the Application Number.
    5. After the entry of all the necessary details, the applicant should take a print out, affix the photograph in the space provided and submit the same to the Vice Principal’s office in person or by post to the following address :

    For Hostel Applicants:

    Type 1 : Counter Payment

    1. Ensure that the Prospectus has an Application Number printed on it, a Registration Code and a Hostel code pasted on it, on payment of Rs.50.
    2. On successful validation of the Hostel code, the applicant is allowed to fill the Hostel form.
    3. A Hard copy of the filled in Hostel form has to be submitted to the Dean of Student Services’ Office in person or by post.

    Type 2 : DD Payment (applicable for Online applicants)

    1. Get a Demand Draft for Rs.50 in favour of " The Treasurer, KWEA, Lady Doak College, payable at Madurai " and enter the Demand Draft details (DD number, DD date, name and branch of bank).
    2. On successful validation of the DD number, the hostel form can be filled online.
    3. A print out (hard copy) of the filled in Hostel form has to be submitted to the Dean of Student Services’ Office in person or by post to the following address :

    Selection Procedure

    1. Only after the successful verification of the application form and the enclosed photocopies of the certificates, you become eligible for selection.
    2. The selection list will be displayed in the college notice board as well as it can be viewed in the college website.
    3. The selected candidates will be intimated through SMS to the mobile number you have provided in your application form.
    4. The selected candidates can download the Interview letter from the college website www.ladydoakcollege.edu.in->Admission->PG-SF->PG-SF Selection List.
    5. Enter the application number to download the interview letter and take a print out of the same.
    6. The selected candidates are requested to bring all the necessary documents at the time of admission.
